Pros and cons of Coral Spring.

  • No HOA.The investors are like you know, just want to buy themselves also one point kind of what’s common is like Florida he was all a bit higher. Yes, that’s true. Like even though you are investing, it’s pretty much common to have an HOA between 300 to 450. In Broward County, if you go further north in Palm Beach County it is a little bit reduced. If you go into Miami Dade County, it’s higher. So having no HOA communities is very, very, very rare in South Florida talking about the townhouses. It’s not still there in Coral Springs with no HOA communities. But in single-family homes, yes, you can find a lot of choices. There are more than two dozen neighborhoods, which are no HOA communities. And those were built around the 1970s and 1980s around that time frame. And some of them were in the 1990s.
  • Good building structure. Now another pro I would say is the single-story houses. Hence, in this course we neighborhoods most of them are single-story because those are both older and before builders were allowing more single-story houses.
  • Excellent Schools. But those are very reputable schools like I would still put this city in a good school zone and again, you need to know where you are moving.  A great school culture also, I would say Texas is pretty low in Coral Springs.
  • Low Taxes. would say Texas is pretty low in Coral Springs. Therefore, that’s another advantage if you’re buying houses and your taxes will be much lower than some of the newer cities.
